In theState of Georgia Murder Trial evidence proved Travis McMicheal exited his pickup truck with a shotgun. Travis McMicheal then walked around the front of the pickup truck taking one shot at Ahmaud Arbery but completely missed him.
That one shot was a Felony Crime of Felony Attempted Murder.
That one shot gave Ahmaud Arbery the Legal Right to try and disarm the threat
against his own life .
Disarming Travis McMicheal was Ahmuad Arbery’s only chance of saving his life.
