Another example where Russia state media showed body bags of people, saying it was in Ukraine- people for up and Russia state media claimed it was “fake body counts by Ukraine”. What Russia state media had done was to use background video footage taken from an environmental protest in Austria, where people protested by paying in body bags.
Putin has turned this sort of media manipulation, and interference in Social media in different countries into almost an art form, with thousands of people in Russian webfarms in places like St Petersburg.
