President Vladimir Putin says he is willing to allow shipments of Ukrainian grain. But he says he will only do it if restrictions on Russian grain are removed.
Earlier Putin held talks in Tehran with Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi and Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Those discussions were meant to focus on Syria, but they were overshadowed by the effects of the war in Ukraine.
