In 1994, Zaire (now DR Congo) was obliged to open its borders for massive flux of refugees fleeing the so infamous Rwanda’s tragedy. Some violent socio-cultural issues they had back home was transplated into Congo. After 30 years of unsolved sovereignity violations of the DRC soil and Rwanda refugees identity crisis Congo is still facing this unique and unfair historical challenge.

Rwanda army, just like Uganda today, have been allowed many time in Congo territory to fight them along side the Congolese army. Africa should not see tribes as a mean of self depend. politic and tribes should be out of context. most wars in Africa are fought along tribal lines and at the end of the day the ruling tribe if disposed from power will regenerate and become opposition rebels and the cycle continues for ever.
