Bryan Kohberger, who is suspected of killing four University of Idaho students in November, made his first court appearance after being extradited from Pennsylvania, where he was taken into custody last week. NBC News legal analyst Danny Cevallos explains what evidence police have against Kohberger and whether authorities will be able to tie him to the crime scene without a murder weapon.

There is a lot of evidence to suggest there is a LOT of info that Bryan has that we don’t know yet. The look on his face in all these videos and the “evidence” pointing to him that has been released is entirely too neat and obvious. I think he’s got a lot of things planned that may just end up getting him an innocent verdict.

You’re just assuming the guy has to have a high level of intelligence so he has to have a Ph.D. No.
