Try as we might the issue of handgun ownership is going awry. We as a people and a western gun carrying culture must now admit defeat of our gun Dros and information on sold firearms systems non sequiter. Even with responsible ownership the death toll is growing in numbers not from adults but children. To quail this dilemma an immediate cease of non hunting weapons to the general public must be annacted. In second phase a volentary list of serial numbers of legally owned weapons must be mailed to a collection and processing law agency if not listed.. Phase three will stiffen all penalties on any gun crime with an unlisted weapon. All prior offenders will be given due process but must face the fact that more jail time or large fines will be given when in court. My Dear Americans a few who commit the crimes have now levied a harsher future for citizens who wish to possess a device that can save life and property. I am an owner myself and will immediatly render information that will cause offenders to be placed behind bars or fined a greater modicum of harm. Phase four the immediate change in sales from regular firearms to smart DNA or fingerprint weaponry and the reasearch and development of high impact crippling but not killing citizen city hand weapons.We are human beings from a warrior past and present, Guns will never be abolished by our glorious constittution but the weapopns themselves can be changed and give our citizens a respite from the acts of the criminal ,the demented, and the deviant minds which are part of our collective whole.
