India declares Himachal Pradesh state as ‘natural calamity affected area’

Nearly 80 people have been killed after flashfloods triggered landslides in India’s Himalayan state of Himachal Pradesh.
It brings the overall death toll in the state to 338 since the monsoon season began in late June, with more than 35 people still missing.
