JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon (JPM) will be selling one million shares of his stake in the bank, according to a regulatory filing. The sales will be scheduled starting in 2024. The filing says Dimon is selling the shares for “financial diversification and tax-planning purposes.” The filing also states that “Dimon continues to believe the company’s prospects are very strong and his stake in the company will remain very significant.” Dimon’s currently owns about 8.6 million JPMorgan shares.
