Russia, US call on Afghans to discuss ceasefire after talks

The Afghan government and the Taliban have reportedly agreed to speed up peace talks. Russia has been hosting talks in Moscow which have been taking place less than two months before the deadline for American troops to pull out of Afghanistan.
