US and British warplanes are reported to have carried out 17 airstrikes in western Yemen. Media linked to Houthi forces say the port city of Hodeidah and other coastal areas were hit. The Houthis are imposing new regulations, demanding assurances from every passing ship that they have no connections with Israel—neither heading to nor departing from Israeli ports, and not owned by Israelis.
