Kenya cult deaths: 400 people still unaccounted for

Police in Kenya have arrested a second pastor accused of mass killings. This follows the arrest last month of a cult leader, who police say urged his followers to starve themselves to death. He is set to appear in court on Tuesday. Police have exhumed 109 bodies from shallow graves at a ranch in the southeast. The Red Cross says up to 400 people could be unaccounted for.
