Pakistan mosque bomber wore police uniform: Police chief

Ministers and intelligence officials in the Pakistani city of Peshawar have reviewed security days after a massive attack inside a police compound. Investigators say the suicide bomber managed to get in as he was wearing a uniform. He detonated his explosives inside a mosque where policemen had gathered for prayers. ‘Scores of casualties’ after twin blasts in Somalia’s capital

Twin car bombings rocked Somalia’s education ministry in the capital Mogadishu on Saturday, causing “scores of casualties”, police said. A vehicle loaded with explosives was driven into the ministry compound and was followed by gunfire, police officer Ibrahim Mohamed said.
