US Secretary of State Antony Blinken made an unannounced stop in Baghdad to discuss Syria and ISIL with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani. It was the final stop of his Middle East tour after the fall of the Assad regime in Syria.
The four suspects in the Moscow concert hall attack have been charged with terrorism. The men appeared in a district court in the Russian capital. They’ve been placed in pre-trial detention for two months. At least 137 people were killed when gunmen opened fire on concert-goers on Friday night.
