Actor Alec Baldwin to be charged with involuntary manslaughter after 2021 shooting. Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins died after she was wounded by a gunshot during a scene rehearsal. Baldwin was pointing gun at cinematographer when gun went off killing her and wounding the director.
