Russia accuses West of ‘arm twisting’ ahead of UN vote

Senior Russian diplomat to the UN accuses Western countries, without providing evidence, of “cowboy” methods and “arm twisting” after 141 countries backed a UN General Assembly resolution demanding Moscow withdraw its troops from Ukraine.
