South Africa’s parliament has delayed a session to discuss embattled President Cyril Ramaphosa’s future. The National Assembly has pushed off by a week a parliamentary vote that could lead to the president’s impeachment; the sitting will now take place next Monday to allow members of parliament to attend in person.
