Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has been meeting southeastern European leaders, to secure more weapons and support in the war against Russia. Russia is being accused of a missile attack on a railway station in eastern Ukraine. The governor of Donetsk region said Sunday’s attack also hit a church and other buildings in Kostiantynivka.
