Taiwan-China tensions at ASEAN meeting

China’s foreign minister has walked out before the start of a gala dinner at the ASEAN foreign ministers’ meeting. Earlier in the day, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told the meeting he hoped Beijing would not “manufacture a crisis” about Taiwan.
