Hamas releases 13 Israeli, four Thai captives after hours-long delay

Sunday marks the halfway point of a four-day ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas. In the first two days — people in Gaza have had time to take stock of the utter devastation of their homes and neighbourhoods. And two exchanges of captives and prisoners have taken place.
