Syria drone strike: Attack on US base kills six Kurdish-led fighters

US-backed Kurdish-led forces say six of their fighters have been killed in a drone strike on a military base in northeastern Syria. It struck a military academy in Deir Az Zor that is located within a US-led coalition base. The Islamic Resistance group in Iraq has claimed responsibility.
