The Southeast Asian nation is one of the few remaining communist single-party states.

In fact, even the citizens and experts have the opportunity to raise opinions for the Communist Party of Vietnam’s doctrine for this 13th congress. Those Al Jazeera mentioned from some reports are people taking advantage of freedom of speech to spread misleading and false information which could harm the social and polictical stability of the country. (Which also the thing many other countries apply, including in the US, they have some articles regarding to taking advantage of free speech harming the US gov.)

Socialism is about equality and fairness for society. There are thousand of communist party members did an excellent job for the country and never have a chance to rise up in the party.
