Hey Masters! This is the formula that I follow whenever I set goals for myself. They always need to hit this “sweet spot” of a 7+/10 for desire and belief. If you’re into the law of attraction, then hitting this sweet spot will also help you better manifest what you want into your life much easier.

Such a useful video, as always. I just was going through the books that you recommend, and finished some of them, and I watched several of your videos on goal settings, but I always found it hard to do, because I was confused between achievable goals and ‘dream big’. Lately, intuitefly I started to feel that I have to find a sweet spot, but you just confirmed it and made it so clear, it will be easier for me to set new goals for 2018. Thank you.
