@Willie Nillie She has no fighting record nor footage of her sparring with a live, resisting opponent. Also, most MMA and martial arts experts will tell you kata is mostly useless, because a fight is unpredictable. Your opponent isn’t going to just stand there and let you do your flowery moves.

Do see the snap in her punches and kicks? The agility, speed…do I need to go on. She a master in Karate. Kata, is not the only form she knows. Kata is the only form she’s competing in.
@Willie Nillie Actually, yes. No footage of you fighting or sparring with a RESISTING opponent, means your style is ineffective. I took TKD as a child, and it’s total BS compared to BJJ, Judo, or wrestling. And flowery moves don’t count as speed.
