“Now whenever I think about the subject of money it always remind me of the great quote from Jim Rohn. He said that we get paid based on the value that we bring to the marketplace and so that the more valuable that you become and the more value that you give the more money that you’re going to make.
And so I’ll give you an example. If you work at MacDonald’s and you only get paid 8 dollars an hour. You’re getting paid $8 an hour because you’re not bringing that much value. The value you’re bringing is equal to about $8 an hour because you’re basically working a job which doesn’t require a great skill. You can easily be replaced by someone else.”

How do you have consistent massive belief in yourself to take massive action?
Tony Robbins said through imagination, but how do you do it so that your committed to action? any other tips?

You have to be the person you want to be in your mind first to become this person in reality. Because if you think eg. like a millionaire you will automatically take the steps that are necessary to become a millionaire. Eg. you’ll see chances on every corner where others see nothing. You’ll see the benefit of a mistake and keep on working while other people give up. You have no massive motivation problems etc. But it’s not enough to say “I’m a millionaire” ten times a day …you have to see your dreams with your inner eye, feel it, smell it, taste it etc. There are different ways to train a successful mindset like visualisation and affirmation. Eg. Stefan has his vision board with pictures of his dreams, some people meditate and so on. My biggest “trigger” is a paycheck of 1 million dollar dated 2018 because that’s the year when I’ll reach my goal. This keeps me in action day by day. If you start from zero maybe 1 million dollar are too much to visualise/grab for you …then you should set a lower goal like $100k. You can also split your goals and set milestones …like “I want to make $1.000/m at the end of month x. Or: I want to increase my passive income by $500 every month or something like this. And if you see the first successes then it’s rolling (search on google for “momentum”) and nothing can stop you. You’ll no more have this questions like “Should I stay in bed or stand up?” or “Should I consume (stupid TV, unhealthy food, senseless material products) or save/invest my money?” You’ll automatically do what’s necessary to reach your goals.

How do you keep going when you feel like quitting
If you feel like quitting then you might not be in line with your passion.
+mrcarrot bluie Based off my experience, I’d say realizing you’ve gone to far to come out empty handed.
+mrcarrot bluie Make a deal with yourself that if you ever quit…….you’ll get a big bold ugly tattoo of LOSER or something worse on your forehead (leverage). That should create enough leverage to keep going and never quit. If not and you do quit the tattoo will reminded daily of your unwillingness to continue and choosing to be a quitter. If you continue and don’t quit set up a reward system for making progress on your goal of not quitting or for getting closer to what you want to achieve as you continue to progress towards what you want. Leverage , Punishment and Reward are great ways of staying focused and motivated.

You don’t necessarily need to major in anything to go into entrepreneurship. Spend your time working for other entrepreneurs and learn, or be someone’s assistant … or read books/do good courses and give the whole thing a go

I agree with this video completely. Making the choice to invest in yourself is the best decision a person can make. Our potential as humans is really limitless! I can vouch from personal experience that self investment does equal more money.
I’m in the network marketing niche now for almost a decade and just after i’ve implemented strategies where i put out enough value to the market place i got some serious results that i was able to quite my job in the corporate world. And i totally agree with what you mention about personal development. Because investing in ourselves obviously increases our value and of course the value we’re able to give! Thanks for sharing this, Stefan! People have to be conscious about the fact that they have to develop themselves on a daily basis!
I’m currently a job that I get paid a little more than minimal wage, but it’s not fulfilling, or related to what I’m passionate about. My job is easy, but I would like a higher pay. My brothers encourage me to get another, if that’s how I feel, but I know I lack certain skills, and knowledge to actually have a higher value with any company. I have often thought about a lot of things you mentioned. I used to love reading and it’s something I’m just getting back into. What books would you recommend reading?
I actually worked at Jack in The Box for 2 years. It was the worst job of my life…not even exaggerating…well, maybe, I am, lol. Working there is the reason I will NEVER work in fast food again. I always felt like I deserved a higher pay there. I felt like it was insulting that a whole meal was more than my hourly pay. I started off with minimum wage and left at $8.54 being a Team Leader. And still felt like I was overworked and underpaid, lol. I now understand that I don’t have a degree, or trade that would boost my value with a company, but I plan on changing that 🙂 Great Advice!

I work in healthcare as a caregiver/cna and at the moment I am only making $10. I do enjoy the work it just doesn’t pay enough. I live in California and the rent here is insane in some places. The area I live is decently priced I think but I was getting frustrated because I had trouble finding a 1bedroom apt I could afford.
After I really looked I said it’s not that the apartments are that expensive ( in my area ) it’s I don’t make enough! Luckily I get paid weekly but I have to put two checks together to make my $750 rent.
I do want to go on to nursing school but its so competitive in this area and private is a $30,000 loan, just for the lvn.
The desire to grow and be accomplished is there it’s the keeping my head above water till I get there.

I figured out long ago in order make more money I needed to learn certain skill sets( all ready trading all my time for money working 2 jobs)
But I also found that learning new skills for me is very difficult .I seem to be a slow learner and have a lot of difficulty learning , its all very frustrating.
I totally agree with Stefan. This video is a good reminder that I should never stop learning and that I should keep looking for ways on how to improve myself and my skills not only for the sake of making more money but also for me to feel great about myself
