Why are the morons driving in the flooding waters? Why are the idiots heading for basements during floods? Water seeks its own level. Water rises, it doesn’t sink to the middle of the earth and or come out the other side. There is a known water table height for everyone’s area and if there is severe storms with accumulating water it will build up before drainage. Now if someone can tell me why people put generators inside their houses while they are running also I may have a clue to why these 3 groups of imbeciles are no longer surviving.
