A deadly road rage incident where a man was fatally shot was caught on camera in North Carolina. Police say the suspected shooter fled the scene but has since been arrested and charged with murder. NBC News’ Maura Barrett reports.

I’ve lived in different states and the state I’m most concerned about someone pulling out a gun in anger is North Carolina. Lots of anger issues and lots of guns.

My heart breaks with this family, this is such a pointless tragedy. 😔 It’s so disturbing to see and hear so much anger and hate just bubbling to the surface relentlessly. People’s lives in so much pain and suffering. It does seem like the end days are here, with all this happening constantly. I tell my kids (adults now) to not even bother trying to engage in any unpredictable scenario, don’t even make eye contact with anyone. You never know who is going to be in a bad mood that day. It’s not worth it to try to argue with anyone at all. There are too many loose trigger fingers just waiting for an opportunity. 💔

Extremely sad incident. But he shouldn’t have engaged with the road raged individual. As a rider myself, I’ve had to use my speed and/ or maneuverability to escape that situation. People are insane, you never know who is carrying, or how far they’re willing to go.
