The democratic government didn’t contest the mainland with the CCP to bring peace. Even though the democratic government is the true government of China. Xi jinping and he’s CCP government only got mainland by force. The democratic government don’t recognise the CCP as they are iligal government. The CCP claims that Taiwan is to unify with the mainland but who they to claim ruling over Taiwan as they never had Taiwan the CCP is an iligal government. And if Taiwan was to unify then the mainland is to unify under the democratic government not the CCP. China civil war never ended. The CCP failed to remove the democratic government but only from the mainland. Taiwan has always been ruled by the democratic government not the CCP.. so China got 2 government’s one rules Taiwan the iligal one rule the mainland. It’s the CCP that shouldn’t be recognised as they took the mainland by force. And the democratic government still exists but just inside off Taiwan. So who is the CCP saying to unify under?
