But Cassidy Hutchinson is an eyewitness that Trump knew people were armed before he directed them to the Capital Building. That’s the smoking gun. It shows intent, state of mind, and premeditation that his actions that day were, at minimum, intended to disrupt a congressional proceeding which is a serious federal crime. It also makes it much easier to prove Incitement of a Riot, intent to de-certify an election, and probably accessory to the attacks and possibly the murders. The bottom line is that Cassidy Hutchinson has provided a road map. Under penalty of perjury and the possibility of going to prison, others (not all) will surely testify truthfully.
