Millions of people are at risk of starvation.
Together with high prices, the conditions are limiting farmers’ efforts to grow crops, raise livestock and buy food.

Someone should invent a system of air dropping perennial wild food crops or seeds which will self plant themselves in various types of terrain and will grow in various compatible climates and survive the fall from a cargo plane. There does not seem to be a problem in dropping bombs from planes.
