He is back on the adderalls for sure doood
This dude is unbelievable. He will figure out a way to run a fraud in jail.
I doubt he will serve time
We are led by criminals
Criminals who know when something is profitable and when something is a threat to their existence. They will cut ties and remove him by whatever means necessary if he continues to be a problem to him. Just look at Epstein.
If this piece of poo doesn’t get life then there is no justice
Its not stealing when its given to the powers in charge
The same powers have nothing more to gain from him anymore except reputable damage.
SBF thinks.he’s the smartest person in any room and the he can talk his way out of anything. Smarter than and knows better than his own lawyers.
When in reality he is probably the dumbest in the room or darn close to it 😂
He don’t know anything of laws the way he speaks …🤣🤣
That’s exactly it
How many people in the room made billions in their early 20s? Who else Fooled companies, billionaires, athletes?😂 he has a winning record of lying to success, why stop now?
SBFraud speaks again.
His speech limitations remind me of someone who had a pacifier too long. So, should we look at the parents and his psychology of someone wanting to please them? What was his youth like as a young person?
10 years ago SBF mother wrote a paper on how people of past trauma’s should not be responsible for their actions. Not kidding
MADOFF jr
He robbed people using the INTERNET and he is allowed to use the internet on BAIL???
Ellison was celebrating people who committed suicide because of the same stocks they duplicated and counterfeited.
1% are scummy beyond your foulest dream.
He got caught too early but watch your crypto folks. This entire set up is designed to tax the working POORS crypto. He is just the fall guy.
He is Citidals business.
It’s still interesting to see if he can be found guilty by someone saying he did this with zero paper trail.
@David Elbourne Honest , reliable witnesses you could say, with no direct reason to deflect responsibility.
@Shiraz LOL 😁
There is a trail and it stops at him, that is why he is in trouble. He has no accounting of the money and that is why he is going to have a hard time suggesting he didn’t just swipe it all.
@Analytical Reckoner Is this an imaginary trail, or one with actual communications, signatures maybe the Investigators intercepted a pigeon travelling between Sam and Caroline with a message strapped to its leg, hmm you never know.
@Analytical Reckoner It stops at the person that did the transactions the rest is here say. If a bank employee transfers money into there own accounts or someone else’s they don’t arrest the bank manager do they?
Kevin O’Leary made Sam invest in his companies
Watch, he will get less than 10 years, if he doesnt disappear first.
The problem is the level of fraud committed if perpetuated by others would damage the economy too much. Even the government knows it can’t take money from a broke country.
Therefore I think they will throw the book at him.
He seems to be of the generation of kids that somehow think that courts care about public opinion, and that winning in the “court of public opinion” will actually help him in court of law. Pro-tip, it won’t.
PS – by “generation”, I means ones who grew up on social media and for whom it is their primary reality.
You’re right, public opinion does not matter in a court of law, but political corruption does help. That’s why you don’t see a lot of politicians in jail. That’s why you won’t see to Biden in jail or Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton. The list goes on and on just a different type of corruption
Oh I forgot. He’s over 30 years old. He’s not a kid
Yet his parents are Stanford law professors
Losing in the court of public opinion won’t hurt him in court either.
Lol as if no other generation has had people like this? I guess only this generation has scammers because in the past no one ever scammed ever.
Daaaamn he should have learn financial education for kids, like in my Channel 😀
Throw his ass in prison!
This is all a scam run by SBF, Biden admin and the democRATS…They all got MEGA wealthy and left the common man broke. People should be rioting in the streets
Thank you ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️. My crypto withdrawal was successful with his help
You can take the stand at trial.
I was able to withdraw my 401K crypto from this platform today with his help! All thanks to him
The was brought on quick because these people probably had money on FTX..
Sam is the kind of guy who is going to eventually un-alive himself with a sniper round from over 2,000 meters (impressive aim). 🙃🙃
Depends on how badly he can damage the reputation of the political parties involved.
@Robert Kevin O’Leary and Bob Iger are both failed politicians in bed night after night with FTX and both are looking to run for the position of President of their countries(US/Canada). 1 Week after FTX collapses Disney Board members fire their CEO on a Sunday Evening after they just renewed his contract in the summer (we can NOT have the CEO in the office Monday morning) and then fill the position with “former CEO/wannabe president/familiar with their dirty laundry” Bob Iger. Disney Board members then announce their CFO (Corrupt Financial Officer) Christine McCarthy as their next candid for CEO (CFO’s NORMALLY DO NOT BECOME CEO’s). 😂 😂
he obviously has political cover………
Pure bullshit
I certainly hope he is not spending embezzeled money for his legal fee’s!!!!!!
I think he lost his mind🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He has gotten away from responsibility for his actions his whole life and is expecting the same here now. It’s a question of when he realises he won’t get away with it. If at all.
He gambled it away
Because his parents are professors of law means nothing .They are not court room smart . I would never want to be represented by a law professor. A seasoned criminal lawyer especially a QC is in a league of their own .
Nowhere in this segment did Yahoo Finance mention (WHY~??) that SBF accused (which is more than a blame) outright in this substack (also intimated in former interviews) that he was strong-armed and threatened by the lawyers to file bankruptcy and to appoint “their” chosen “Ray” guy (the new CEO). He claims FTX US (at least) could have been stabilized w/o bankruptcy. (However, some of his claim is/was dependent on more investment he anticipated, which is like throwing good money after bad, although it might have worked if the fraud(s) had stopped already); anyway, my point is, he was prevented fr testifying before Congress (btw – *he says there is a transcript out there of what he was going to tell them*). To me, something is fishy besides SBF. And his own parents may be sacrificing him. I suggest people do read what he blogs, just to make your own opinions, until which time we can get better facts in the trial or final plea.
We could end this in 5 minutes. Get Sammy Gravano on the case. SBF will pee his pants, and we will get all the $$ back.
we must celebrate failures as we do success if were gonna be an entrepreneurial society. this is the mantra of every businees guru in all business US schools. why you people like to persecute these pepole havent they suffered enough.
He should change his name from Bankman-Freid to Poorman-Jailed
really weve gone down from 100s years to 10-15 years — i gyess un a cushy jail – his own cell and 2/3 time off for being a good boy — oh yeah, and subtract the time he was sent to his room before trial — so probably zero time in jail…… funny how the ‘consequences’ of his actions seem to fizzle to nothing, while the press reports on their severity – is there anyone in power this guy hasnt bribed
He’s using the Elizabeth Holmes defense, he has seen where it worked for her because she only got 11 years and that is what he is shooting for.
It won’t work.
@gabriel Yes, I understand and AGREE with you, but in his ENTITLED RICH BOY MILLENNIAL MIND that is what he is thinking if she can get away with it and her DAD was also involved in the ENRON scandal then he should be able to also because he and his parents are rich AND attorneys (but they are law school professors NOT SEASONED LITIGATORS), PLUS PLUS PLUS that is what his attorneys are feeding him to roll the dice because he only committed fraud for less than 5 years and MAYBE he might luck out like Elizabeth Holmes at 11 years or even Sunny Balwani at 13 years, while all the while they are draining him and his parents of millions of dollars in attorneys’ fees, because if he pleads guilty he is going to get the Madoff Max treatment of 50 – 100 years or more, so why not just roll the dice and take your chances at trial. It is what I would do, make them prove the case AND also put doubt in the jury about why aren’t little rat girl Caroline Ellison who is the one that actually lost all the money and defrauded everyone into thinking she was an expert trader/broker, and also Wang/Wong who actually created the backdoor for Alameda to get access to the money, why aren’t they on trial?
This guy is just a puppy of muppet show. It’s not him it’s people behind him that did ftx crash,With big agenda behind the mirror.. but sadly dilution is more clear to people then research of real facts… he’s surname is first thing to be worried about. But no one wants to see it…
SBF works for the Kosher Nostra, aka ZOG.
EPSTEIN him and save us all a lot of grief and taxpayer money in going to trial against him and then having to house him in prison or 50 years.
Depends how much dirt he has on the government. They don’t care so much about the trial. Just about how much damage that he can cause.
Bankrupt FTX Yacht Club
SBF’s life is the South Park emoji “…anndddd it’s gone”
Well, SBF can argue, “guys, if you think about it, at the end of the day, I channelled foreign investors’ moneys to US politicians and firms, shouldn’t that make me an American hero?”
It’s not a complex fraud case. He told the money and it’s gone. Pretty easy case.
MARK MY WORDS HE IS GOING TO GET A SLAP ON HIS REST JUST BECAUSE OF HIS RELIGION
Money laundering drug money for the democrats ?
So there’s tax fraud too
I really hope and pray he continues to talk on the internet. It’s the best thing for him to do.
That’s what amphetamines do, u can’t shut up
Anyone gonna sue Logan Paul for all the crypto money that he stole?
It looks like it. Fingers crossed
Maybe he’s prepping for an insanity plea.
Nah there has to be more incoherence for insanity to fly.
SBF is going to do 30+ years.
So many powerful politicians accepting money from SBF and SEC Chairman Gensler and SBF’s parents don’t have clean hands.
Why is that exchanges were quick to ban xrp but you can still buy ftx?
Sam Bank Fraud
The a monster ate my homework defense. He’s done the impossible….with this latest missive he’s actually making Bernie Madoff look good by comparison. Madoff’s defense was, basically, a shoulder shrug. Like “yah I did it wasn’t I clever? What took you so long to catch me”? This is galling to hear. Lock him up forever.
And the money where retrieved , which in this case….
Mockery to the department of justice US
I would run as far away from him as possible if I were his lawyer. 🤦
Shouldn’t he be arrested and his bail revoked, as he is clearly trying to interfere in the case.
His Lawyers have just signed up to defending in “Hard mode”
.
He better get at least what Madoff got. 150 years!!!
Kids in denail
The real winners are the Lawyers 🎉
Somehow I think SBF is going to take this to trial. Everything we’ve seen so far indicates the part of normal people’s brain which says “Okay, maybe I’m becoming the bad guy here” is instead wired into a weird aggrieved “It’s not possible I’ve done anything that bad, maybe there’s some honest mistakes but the real issue is you havent been enlightened like me yet”. Those high price lawyers are going to end up having to turn on him themselves just to protect their own reputations as he ignores all their advice.
hahahaha.. money all gone.. goodbye billions..
Mom dad anyone around this guy.
Scam Bankrupt-Fraud
Both his parents being law professors shows how smart they are…😂….they can’t tell this kid to shut up, your hurting your case….unbelievable
I guess education is useless if you don’t have the brains to apply it..
@Shaun McInnis just amazing
It’s funny how politicians get away with this type of stuff all the time. By this type of stuff I mean stealing money
Fried and his family reflect a certain attitude that you’ll experience in San Francisco. You could call it hubris.
He also said ftx was fine and not insolvent…
If it was an honest world madoff would have gotten death row in public and every one else who does this.
Does he think he has an understanding of the law or is his dad telling him what to say/do/what palms to grease?
Is he going for a mistrial? deliberately creating an environment where there are few unbiased people to place on the jury.
Disney is involved in this robbery and Disney is in a panic
SBF’s done, son!
His nerve and gullibility
The internet is better than alcohol at getting loose lips to speak.
It’s a strategy. When the trial starts his attorney can play all his interviews and say “your honor, as we can see in these interviews, my client is clearly an idiot”
When will the Politicians he donated too but his Courthouse Verdict…,
I thought he wasn’t allowed to use the internet? Lock him up
Isn’t the point of holding customer funds meant to be that you actually do stash it away? 😂
Unbelievable!! now he is innocent!!!
This case is going to be so technical. Explaining crypto to average person is hard already. SBF’s attorney is sure going to try to pick those who are as dumb as possible. Forget about being judge by your peer. SBF is easier to understand, where prosecutor has to go technical to describe accurately what happen, and explaining finance is tough. Crypto finance is even tougher (although this is just a regular wire fraud, IMHO). Plus SBF probably has confident in his measure of not documenting anything, so it’s hard to prove. I fear he may get away.
I think you’re right, confusing the jury might be his only path to victory at this point. The actual crimes are quite straightforward, but if the jury can be bamboozled into giving up on trying to understand what’s happening or to buy into the story of “it’s really complicated – NO ONE can understand it” then that’s a problem.
Dudes head looks unreasonably large for his body…
Give him the death penalty. Today. And stop giving him air b
Intent can be a really big factor in criminal cases. Intent is the difference between murder and negligence. But no one really cares about nuance or finding the truth anymore. We’ll see how this plays out, there’s is probably a lot more to this than what the usual knee jerks have to say.
What if he didn’t?
What if it is all a set up?
Personally I don’t care about none of these trusts fund babies
From what I can tell he doesn’t do anything differently than the way Jamie daimon does business
Martin Shkreli was also a sociopath who couldn’t keep his mouth shut while proceedings against him were pending. Shkreli’s bail ended up being revoked.
There’s more of a case to revoke SBF’s bail than there was with Shkreli.
In Shkreli’s case, he posted on Facebook that he’d give $5k to anyone who got a lock of Hillary Clinton’s hair. Shkreli’s post was bizarre and led his judge to conclude that “he may be an ongoing danger or risk to the community.” But even then, the post had nothing to do with his case. And since it was made after trial had concluded, there was no way a jury pool could have been polluted.
SBF’s posts posts are directly relevant to his case and could pollute the jury pool with false (or at best, unproven) information. In fact, it could be argued SBF is actively trying to pollute a jury pool.
It wouldn’t surprise me if a motion to remand SBF into custody is filed by the US attorney.
Accepting responsibility is not part of effective altruism. In fact, its discouraged.
If you are doing “good things”, anything can be justified…
He believes that if a person tells a lie enough times people will believe it, but not if that person is called a fraud and an evil thieving con-artist more times.
”its not helping his case” as if the guy could help his case in any way. He did a Madoff and will pay with his life for it.
What do he and torey lanez have in common they’re only good at shooting themselves in the foot
Are the reporters just plain dumb In the USA? He has 2 parents who are professors in law that have been paid by this thief! Where is the paparazzi around THEM? The government is obviously inept! Keep your eye on the targets! Not the distractions!
OMG, SBF seems to be quite an idiot.
Give’em the chair
The plan is to contaminate everything so it’s going to force mistrial,
I’m sure he’s parents know very well how to advise him , same way he made mockery of the crypto/finance system is making mockery of the legal system
Did anyone tell him he has the right to remain silent?
You remained solvent in the US until you passed over your books. Are you crazy. If that’s the case, people should be able to take out their money. you sound delirious.
