They don’t provide a safe and secure product.
Republicans get the House and we lose jobs! Notice people!!!
They overhired on purpose and lay-off all low quality workers. Easy sorting process zero discrimination
At Amazon, it was done using an algorithm that factored in performance and pay. Sounds reasonable enough, but on the IT side, most of the people that got laid off were the higher skilled and more experienced engineers and the technicians kept their jobs since they were paid much less. The problem is, the technicians were never expected or trained to support the network infrastructure and now they’re in way over their heads trying to figure out what to do with the added stress of wondering when they’ll get cut because it sounds like there will likely be more layoffs in another month or so.
You have to remember that this time around the pump we had was not as big as other times. So the drop may not be as bad this time around too. That being said, Trading went smooth for me as I was able to raise over 18BTC when I started at 7 BTC in just few weeks implementing trades with signals and insights from Mr.Leon Raphael’s. I would advise y’all to trade your asset rather than hodl for a future you aren’t sure about.
I was able to grow my portfolio too……. from 0.6btc to 4.3btc within 4 weeks
Have been growing my portfolio daily with Raphael’s daily signals!!.
Will have to contact Leon Raphael’s right away… Thanks for the info 👍
Raphael’s daily signal is top and one of the best out there when it comes to trading bitcoin..
without any doubt…. Leon Raphael’s daily signals has indeed been life saving since this pandemic.
What is fueling this trend at this point and time is what I would like reported?
Huge operational costs amidst failed revenue expectations and equity market no longer allows financing operations through sale of company shares.
@Alexander Suvorov So it’s all about the company stock prices collapsing over the last 18 months.
@Tin Man Pretty much so.
None of these companies actually HAVE to be laying off staff, they could operate just fine and still turn plenty of profit with current (or previous) staffing levels. They COULD freeze hiring, downsize through attrition but no. They seem all giddy and excited for the supposed “recession” coming which ironically will get triggered by idiotic knee-jerk reactions like this.
It’s 10% on average: 5% layoffs and 5% for hiring freezes and attrition.
@Tin Man my thoughts exactly.
It’s disgusting. They get huge tax breaks for that over hiring!
Struggle????! Gimme a break. This is gaslighting
Wendy’s en tx WV yes we wxuc dc teeneyi en 3 😎
I saw some reports that former employees are confused about the criteria for being laid off. Especially since some have tenure & some were high performers. Simple, money. Those high performers and older staff earned more than the average employee. They rather pay less for lower performers than pay more for high performers. Short sighted? Yes, but not an unusual move for a corporation looking for a short term benefit.
Just another excuse to layoff American ppl and hire cheap Indian overseas
My spouse was laid off from an aerospace firm in the mid 90s after 20 yrs w co. before Christmas. Surprised Google waited. til Jan. Co.s usually layoff in Dec. Many of us can relate. You will recover, but the job loss impact your life for-years. Bootstraps!!
This is only going to continue. Google Home and Alexa are bleeding cash, and so is Amazon’s website as more and more sellers leave the platform. Social networking is at a crossroad, as TikTok is eating away at its American competitors, by using techniques illegal in the West to help advertisers sell.
Kinda strange. Google is supposed to hire the best. Even their bottom is top talent. You would think they could find a role for them.
Nahhh Google doesn’t care. It’s just a woke corporation
