Leaders should take a pay cut snd/or no salary for a while.

Lol. He earns nearly $150+ Million in one year and he is getting a 0.17% cut of just $312,000. This looks 25% as his base salary is $1.25M but the actual earnings are way too high. It wouldn’t affect him in anyway.
Most of Pat’s compensation is stock based. On the other hand, those ‘mid-level’ folk’s compensation was cut by a total of ~15%-20%. This cut came a month after ~12%-15% of people lost their jobs at Intel. Dirty trick Pat & ELT!!! Used to bleed blue, now just feel like a fool!
Face it, Cook is not a Steve Jobs and never will be.
