The once in a generation arctic outbreak brough bone-chilling record low temperatures. Windchills in Portland reached -45 degrees and in Boston, it was 39 below zero. The coldest windchill on record reached the peak of Mount Washington, where it felt like -108 degrees. The winter blast turned deadly on Friday when authorities say a tree fell on a car near Springfield, Massachusetts, killing an infant inside.

I grew up in North Dakota in the 1950s and 60s . And I have to say when it was -10,-20,-30 Fahrenheit nobody was talking about wind chill.
