I❤️ Tesla
Good to see but too late. Never getting Tesla anyways and white house late respond on ev infrastructure.
Your overestimating the need for charges because most people with an EV can charge at home. They are only needed for road trips or by people who cannot charge at home or at work. They are not needed for every car every week.
It’s already easier than putting gas in your car. It’s as easy as plugging in your cell phone before you go to bed. Plus it’s a phone that easily lasts more than a couple days on a charge.
that’s incorrect. you’re forgetting the millions of people who rent homes or in high rises and don’t have access or ability to install a charger.
as for traveling, what would you define as a road trip? if you take a 2hr trip that would be a couple hundred miles round trip. when you account for actual mileage loss, most cars that are not tesla fall short on the range side and would need to be charged at some point so that people don’t have range anxiety.
tesla just handles it naturally by routing you to the proper place. other car manufacturers do not.
charging networks are critical, and that’s one of hte biggest reasons why tesla still continues to dominate
What happened to Julie’s top from yesterday
It’s about time Biden accepted Elon as the best hope for expanding EV acceptance. Maybe standardize EV plugs and put chargers everyone can use in convenient locations. Like gas cars share the same fuel widely available
You’re not too smart. Obviously, you know nothing about the repercussions of all electric. It takes 2 fire trucks to extinguish a fire from 1 tesla car.
No choice. Needs a play to jump on for 2024
Tesla will not open up their full network to all EVs.
Agree, Tesla will ONLY open its SLOW chargers , like 50 kw to 150 kw.
Reserving 250 kw ONLY for Tesla vehicles.
👏👏👏
👍👍👍👍. I’ve been quite unsure about investing in this current market and at the same time I feel it’s the best time to get started on the market. i was at a seminar and the host spoke about making over $972,000 within 3 Months with a capital of $200,000. i need to know how to go about it.
@Joey Sams check the web and you will find him, drop a msg.
So delighted seeing my broker talked about, This was exactly how I got recommendation about Nick Dranchak , At First I was a bit skeptical but eventually I gave him a trail with my little investment and I got huge profit
@Jane Foster Ok, just found his website, impressive, Thank you
@Joey Sams It was my first time using the website and As an investor i have to admit this company is truly professional and give legit service that I recommend for anyone who wants to start investing in Bitcoin or stock
This is fake.
These people are clueless
By design
They should force other automakers to adopt the superior Tesla plug
No.
@pulloutsange Have you actually used either one of them?
@Alex I’ll answer for him…no.
Are these news anchors just pretending to be this clueless? Is this and act or are they being serious?
She is that dumb 😂
they are manufacturing junks.
Most of the local commutes will be charging at home, guys. They will not need to go to no gas/charging stations. A lot of Homes will need to have solar and battery stations though to relieve the power grid. The existing power grid will not be able to provide power as EV become more and more widely adapted.
TESLA sold MORE than 1.3 MILLION BEV in 2022, with ZERO grid issues.
TESLA in 2023 will sell MORE than 2+ MILLION cars, with ZERO charging issues.
home solar and batteries is generally a good idea if you own a home, EV or not, really. I wonder if someone has solar but not an EV and is selling his energy to a neighbor or something for a good price
she just can’t stand anything positive about Tesla .no dummy other autos have to offer a TESLA adapter .you open your network to others and have to change it . they don’t care or need anybody else charging
Tesla and all electric vehicles are a huge con for the economy. Your battery dies in extreme cold and hot weather in minutes, leaving you with thousands of pounds of dead weight. Any major event, and you can guarantee that you won’t make it.
Most people will charge at home, you don’t need 600 chargers at Target
🙄
No. EV charging at parking lots in Walmart, Target, etc. is the way to get renters make entry as affordable EVs expand.
Agree, you only need LEVEL 2 Destination chargers @ TARGET / WALMART.
65-75% of city auto owners are renters. Apartment structures are outdated for the most part, do no provide charging access in most cases. How will this problem be solved? Mass adoption really hinges addressing the majority.
Big city liberals want everyone to take public transportation.
True, but the rate of EV adaptation will be slow due to limited EV production. Tesla is by far the largest producer of EV only making less than 1.5M cars last year in a 110M cars per year industry. Even though tesla is projected to grow at 50% per year, it will take a long time to even make a dent to the ICE industry unless other carmakers step up. Either way, this will give plenty of time to solve the population who are Renters I believe.
@Lucky Luke 2022 Global EV sales : 10.5M. Future is coming faster than u think. In 20 years EVs can absorb 110M ICE. But panic will start to happen years before as auto markets will refuse to invest/stock ICE components. Governments will need to provide community charging centers around the world. Convert or die.
That’s a good question … most people no longer plug their phone in to charge it, but instead simply lay it down on a charging pad. I imagine down the road, this technology will evolve into apartment dwellers parking over a charger.
Why would you need charging stations at Target? Circle K yes, Kum and Go, yes 7-11 yes. Target? Or the Mall? I don’t gas up my ICE vehicle at Target.
@XRP~O.G but I just drove my fully charged EV 5 miles to Target. Why do I need to charge it while I shop? I thought the whole idea was to plug your car in at night at home.
@ddb lol. If your commuting to work that makes sense to make sure you’ve charged enough to get you there hence charging the prior evening or set to charge in the morning prior to leaving.. On the flip side for example.. on the weekend when i go grocery shopping i just plug in at the sc while i’m doing my thing.. complete your chores and attain full charge whilst doing it.. I get free supercharging for life so i use the sc to charge most of the time… i am installing a 240v myself at home just for the convenience factor of pulling in and just plugging in while i’m home but nothing beats free.
@XRP~O.G Free is always better. I did not know they provided Free lifetime charging. That is a really big deal. I don’t own a Tesla, just stock. I am still driving a 2016 Prius. Next car will be Tesla or maybe Aptera if they ever make it to production.
@ddb they offered only to those when purchasing a S or X couple yrs ago. That perk is gone. once in a while they offer free x amounts miles worth of charging with purchase. Just keep an eye out at the time you are ready to pull the trigger.
@XRP~O.G That is huge perk. FREE driving for the life of the vehicle, Crazy. So yes, I would want a charging station at Target if I had that.
Yeah but people forget that most ev owners have a garage and can just charge at home for vast majority of daily needs
YES, I charge from home for just $3 to Fully Charge my Tesla.
No one that owns a Tesla lives in an apartment or condo building?
It appears that it will take many years for the masses to understand the differences between EVs and ICEs. I charge at home every night and rarely use a supercharger. If you could imagine somebody filling your gas tank every night while you were sleeping then you can begin to imagine the EV experience. An EV is more like a cell phone than a car.
all gas cars & Hybrid are COMBUSTION cars, let that SINK in.
With most people charging from home, the gas/charging stations will be less needed in the urban and suburb areas. This however will increase the required power from the grid as more and more will adapt to EV. Home Solar and battery storage will need to increase at the rate of EV adaption to make it work. I believe It can happen and it will happen.
@Lucky Luke – California , already requires NEW home construction w/ SOLAR and battery is recomended.
These clowns on Yahoo are not analysts (remember this…) they are clueless dolts…
All mighty USA government is unable to produce theyr own network of chargers ? They run to Musk for help ? I dont want to wait am extra hour to charge while traveling
“Tesla an Energy company ?” YES !!!!
to the moon!!
Tesla Network is hands-down the best network to charge your EV car worldwide
Amazing…these 3 anchors consistently show their lack of knowledge/preparation regarding EVs. Clearly, they’re not required/expected to do any homework, just show up, read the script, & show their ignorance.
The US government needs to stop funding these billionaires with taxpayer’s dollars. Sick and tired of it!
Our Tax’s Bribe Tesla – Elon Musk, Rich MFer’s use your own Funding
Well the government gave up and realized only Tesla can do this 😂
@wysiwyg false, gov is blocked from competing with private corporations because gov can do it better & cheaper…..see NASA & NIH.
@gattaca rubbish
@wysiwyg i can prove it shtfrbrns:
95% of new drug discoveries are from tax payer funded NIH research and shoplifted by by private companies to monetize…that is all they do…wothless. gfy.
@wysiwyg lol…nice try. let the gov (nih) manufacture as well and watch your shtbags cry about competition…companies won’t let it happen because it would be cheaper and better…Warren offer a bill to do that. troll harder shtfrbrns.
If you have owned a Tesla and charged it then you would understand that a Tesla super charger is by far the best and as easy as putting in gas. Pure Stupid to buy anything else if the cost was anywhere near the same. It shocks me how clueless everyone here is. Rent a model Y for a month and see what I’m talking about. I installed a Tesla home charger on my front porch, easy enough for me to do as a DYI project, cost was Romex #4 cable $900, a single 60 amp double poll breaker $14, a box of cable clips $12, a tube of fire stop calk $10.00. Tesla Charger at the time I paid $500, they are cheaper now. Try to install a gas pump at your house for less than $1500. I charge max at 44 miles per hour and plug up when I get home, but really with a 30 minute drive to work I could plug up about twice per week and be fine. You can set it to charge on off peak to save big money on power rates. You really never need to use the Tesla super chargers unless you are traveling. Typical charging at a super charger travel stop is 30 minutes or so, due to the fact it preconditions the battery because it knows how far away the stop is. We eat and watch Netflix in the car while charging. 95% of the time you will charge at home and never need to stop to charge anywhere. When there is a rush on gas you just drive by the pumps and wave, no more pumping gas and standing in the cold, also the car will precondition before departure each morning so you alway have a car that is ready to go and fully charged, just set this in the phone app.
How well nature will be cleansed when preference falls on an electric car
Yahoo finance – see TESLA patent for MAGIC dock for NON Tesla chargers.
Nice Pajama suit slim! 😆
Is Tesla the next EXXON?
Potentially yes.
Tesla does not want to be forced into changing to a non tesla standard charging station/handle….other companies can upgrade to the tesla design…
Wow, standardized EV charging like most IC cars now run on the same fuel widely available for filling up in mins
@E J The tesla plug-in handle is a smaller, better design that has all the same functionality. cuts out wasted space, weight, etc. Detroit will change over to tesla style because ccs is a large, clunky, breakable waste.
These analyst are clowns. 🤡
Hell yes Let’s go we need more power Captain. Is Chargepoint going to boost. Don’t be like friken apple non compatible please.
Chargepoint? let’s charge this b word up..
That grey suit is fucking wild
Wow so much for forgetting talking smack about Tesla and Elon when Elon cut his hair and disrespecting Tesla as a business. Yahoo is clueless
Most top the charging stations will still remain exclusive to Tesla. Only 3500 supercharger s will be open out of an already existing 17000 in USA . By 2024 the number of Tesla supercharger will exceed 30000
Amazing video and thank you for breaking it down!! Despite the economic downturn,I’m so happy☺️. I have been earning $15,200 returns from my $7000 investment every 14days..
I’m from the UK, 🇬🇧 i and my colleagues gave him a try and it has been good returns of our investment, Thanks Mr Wan Zuhao
I countlessly share my experience with co-workers at work, on how I made $23,000 from $2,000 in 7 days of trading
yeah, Ever since I met expert Wan Zuhao for the first time at a conference in manchester i invested £25,000 and traded in one month making close to £61,500
To be honest I invested as low as $1,500 because I was skeptical initially. Receiving my profit gave me more confidence to reinvest higher.
I’m glad to see Mr. Wan Zuhao mentioned here, my spouse recommended him to me after investing $10,000 and he has really helped us financially in times of COVID -19 lockdown here in Australia 🇦🇺
In Los Angeles all Tesla’s i have seen dont use the Tesla chargers! they get an adapter and use the Level 2 AC J-1772 plugs like my EV uses hogging the charger for hours or overnight. Do what you want with Tesla chargers but make is OTHER EV’s that have been around LONGER be able to use them as a A/C level 2 charger with the right adapter or plug. This is what REAL WORLD DRIVERS need to hear these reporters dont know what they are talking about.
