China maintains it is neutral in terms of the Ukraine War and has called for dialogue to end the conflict.
However, Beijing has also reaffirmed its ‘no limits’ friendship with Moscow.
Analysts say it is even providing technology to Russia’s military and is benefitting from the crisis, particularly when it comes to the import of Russian gas and oil.

The president might be the ones who signs it, but it’s his duty to follow the democratic concencus that was reached in parlement.
