Diabetes is what you get from a sedimentary lifestyle involving high levels of sugary foods. Diabetes doesn’t just happen for no reason, it happens from daily conscious choices over the course of many many years to develop a high level of dependency on sugar and weight gains. It’s not a disease, it’s a choice. Choose vegetables and difficult activity, which will lead to a healthy you and lowers weight.

Diabetes is the only thing that results from choices. If people choose to eat healthy and exercise and drink water rather than soda they wouldn’t get diabetes. Cancer is a disease.

Ok I was gonna say something about John Williams, but I realized that I was mistaking him for John Powell😭💀. Of course, Williams still should’ve won more Oscar’s than he did after all that he’s done. He’s incredible! And for those who are curious, John Powell is another composer (I think) who made the soundtracks for Kung Fu Panda 2, How to train your dragon, and many more!
