Gdp growth yoy is all debt based too.
Buffett has 128 billion in cash I wonder why? He knows what many know we are in trouble
jakemf1 *i heard he has 3 times that in the market* that’s like 70% invested 30% in bonds
Ere Gudd Yeah it’s like any other portfolio and how they recommend 20% in bonds. But looking over how he bought businesses when they were desperate for funding and got them at insane deals so it makes sense to hold cash.
C’mon collapse already!
Exactly. The suspense is killing me. Let’s get this show on the road already.
Lolololol
here you go. lol
@Giovanni Cadore I was ready. Cash on the sidelines unlike 2008 when i was in my mid 20s and dead broke
@Chris G Ahah i can relate man! I`m 31 and i`m definitely better in that sense this time. Will do what i can. Good luck!
I think investing in Facebook is investing in VALUE. No debt, 20% growth rate in revenue, trading at 23 PE ratio. Isn’t this value? Others like Apple for example, have flat growth for the last 6 years, yet the stock skyrockets
yah Facebook may not be popular in the west but in asia its popular…
23 pe ratio is not great for value investing, However it’s not a bad stock. The real issue is that it doesn’t pay dividends and if we agree that Graham is the father of value investing that is not exactly what you want.
Giovanni Cadore 23 PE ratio is very low compared to historical PE of Facebook. Each industry has a different PE ratio. Low growth or even decline in revenue is seen with PE ratios around 2-6. Dividends have been substantially replaced buy share buybacks, which is included in B Graham’s book as a way to return capital to shareholders. Its a business which engages in advertising people who use their platform to communicate and share multimedia with friends. Has the biggest customer volume in human history and no debt. How can you possible see no value in this?
@Football Dreamer i see your point man. In security analisys graham makes it clear that he is pro dividends also for the compound factor. Anyways i agree with you facebook is a great stock, the issue is to understand if its intrinsic value is above or below its market price. If its above then yes its a value stock 100%
this guy is filling cash he knows something is coming…
He’s been for like almost a year now? Was he premature or quick and missed out on a lot of 2019? Maybe, but he’s still filthy rich.
hm for almost 2-3 years … and the market is still growing n growing … I did not understand why he did not buy more Apple shares in December 2018 … hm
He doesn’t time the market. He just looks for opportunities and he couldn’t find that many lately.
Blah blah blah… blah blah blah…
Boooooom!!!! Sorry, your money is gone.
Invest in shelter, food, energy, water, storage and reliable transportation first. You can bet Mr. Buffett did.
Get all cash
Basically all I heard was, “bullshit, bullshit….bullshit”… and more…… bullshit.
Re-diversify, don’t be risky, ‘when you buy the S&P’ (when it’s 20-30% of total market share),
Just a bunch of wankers using big words.

It’s a really good time to be in sales and pump things up when if fact there is no floor under you.
So buy hella stocks during the crash 😉
This crash is like reading a good book and keeping me up all night
Another fantastic program from GPS worth watching 3x’s which gives everyone the data and charts to make their own decision and this massive roller coaster ride is finally coming to the top of the hill. The mental state of people today is completely different of people in the 1930s and they will absolutely lose it. There are so many entities who are sitting on cash knowing this thing is going to pop so they can come in and buy up huge swaths of property. In 08 I was seeing places going for 60,000 that were originally priced at $200,000. Too late to get off the railroad tracks after the train hits you! Looks like the train signal lights have come on.
Peaked on what time horizon? Market will always go higher over the long term due to buybacks, economic growth, and money printing that has nowhere else to go but into equities.
The market is going to crash. Its going to explode. The recession is coming
Enter Federal reserve
Everyone in comments wants a collapse
Its not coming
QE will continue for the next 6 years
Hahaha you sounded so confident
