here comes the zombie apocalypse/rise of the planet of the Apes
The Army of zombie Grandpa.
Side effect *Death*
Better than that disease
@JASON FREITAG Not if he suddenly dies in his car and crashes or runs over some people…
Smoking weed has better results than using this experimental, unproven drug.
@JASON FREITAG please do some research. FDA is the epicenter of corruption these days. Be cautious when taking drugs approved by the FDA. Just a reminder.
imagine resident evil outbreak file 3 lol
Lol, these people don’t give a F. Profits over people.. you get treatment for your brain and now your heart explodes in your chest. Good trade off
Wow, there are really people working at the FDA?? Maybe they could now try to look at all of these “miracle pill” industries that seem to be overlooked for decades???😜
Taking steps in the right direction to end this devastating disease.
The drug’s price will be an annual $26,500 for someone who is of average weight and Medicare won’t cover it. To get an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, you have to have Ambeta and Tau present in the brain. Problem with this is that 57% of these Alzheimer’s cases have TDP-43 prion present as well. You cant cure, slow down, treat or stop a prion disease, it’s a death sentence. Another 13% of Alzheimer’s cases are actually misdiagnosed cases of SCJD. SCJD is the worst of the prion diseases. So, the price tag for this false hope is 26k? Keep reading, I’m not done.
This was written in 2003′. There’s over 6 million cases now.
“Now people are beginning to realize that because something looks like sporadic CJD they can’t necessarily conclude that it’s not linked to (mad cow disease),” said Laura Manuelidis, section chief of surgery in the neuropathology department at Yale University, who conducted a 1989 study that found 13 percent of Alzheimer’s patients actually had CJD.
Several studies, including the one by Manuelidis, have found autopsies reveal 3-percent-to-13-percent of patients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or dementia actually suffered from CJD. Those numbers might sound low, but there are 4-million Alzheimer’s cases and hundreds of thousands of dementia cases in the United States. A small percentage of those cases could add up to 120,000 or more CJD victims going undetected and not included in official statistics.”-
I’ll keep smoking pot, CBD/THC has worked for me for 58 years so far.
That cause more of a decline
@Rog Your brain is declining from that grammar. I’m high af rn.😂
Smoking weed has better results than using this unproven, experimental drug that cost 1000 times more than street weed.
2010. Bapinuzamab double blind placebo. My wife doubled cognitive scores. Walking talking again. Got the drug confirmed. Contracting Lyme disease knocked her back awhile but built back up to same scores and higher. They cancelled trial and many years later slowly deteriorating she passed in Jan 2020
A monoclonal antibody …. Said they couldn’t make more even tried compassion use avenues.
Direct contact with global clinical lead for Pfizer and multiple high level politicians behind us. ,,, seemed pretty profitable the last few years though .
Early treatment is key the plaques and signs show up in late 30’s early 40’s but no one would ever recognize outwardly The brain scans are key.
The infusions for my wife were every 3 months.
Early onset Alzheimer’s. Apoe gene positive. Multiple head traumas due to horse riding in harness racing and Hunter jumper equestrian.
Despite the risks, at least some progress is made towards fighting this horrible disease. Alzheimer’s a horrible way to go.
This is absolute BS and the FDA along with the CDC and NIH have worked for the interests of big pharma and not the American people for a long time unfortunately
Biden knows bout this…

FDA has made a wise decision. Alzheimer is a terrible terminal disease as well, Patients are worth trying.
Well, not that I am glad to read 1 person out of 8 could suffer from real secondary effects, however I appreciate the (seeming till proved wrong) honesty of the pharmaceutical labs and authorities there. At least people can know better what could happen. In reference to the too many scandals of so-said quite safe drugs that proved quite unsafe or way less safe than said.
The rich can afford it, the poor will get it for free, the middle class get the shaft as usual.
