Million dollar question is does inflation continue to recede or does it rise with the pause to cutting process beginning. If inflation returns and the realization that they will have to continue on with higher rates becomes apparent, the market will have to price that in. At this point, it’s prudent to stop and hope inflation is vanquished but only time will tell.
The volatility in the market is alarming. How can i diversify my reserve across multiple markets while creating a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation? I mean I’ve heard of people making up to $300k weeks during this crash and I’d like to know how.
You have to get a financial-advisor/broker to aid you diversify your portfolios to include commodities, inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, as opposed to growth stocks where valuations were based on future potential earnings

JFK’s assassination was for undermining Federal Reserve bills with silver-backed United States notes. Presidential Directive 11110 was issued on 6/4/1963. It gave the Secretary of the Treasury the authority to print interest-free money. At that point in time the government had been borrowing the Fed’s fiat currency since 1913, at an interest rate the Fed decided. This currency became null and void at a stroke of JFK’s pen. In 1964, the United States notes were withdrawn and the partial silver content of coins, in the US & UK, was removed.

I own the home that I live in now and have roughly 100k in equity sitting in it. I guess I’m wondering what would be a good type of property to buy as an investment property? Single family? Multi family?

The only thing that I would be concerned about with the “soft landing” would be as soon as student loan repayments begin. I foresee a recession as soon as the payments begin as discretionary spending gets eaten up by the payments restarting.

Big ups and big love for the awesome daily content. Because inflation devalues your savings, it compels everyone to be an investor. Meaning you need to preoccupy yourself or offload your time/energy to the study of investment opportunities both of which are very costly. I dunno… I was one of those people that didn’t care about a credit score, didn’t get any education about how important your credit score is, and I racked up debt like an idiot. At 34 years old I finally feel ready to settle down long enough to buy a house. I think you literally just saved my life Leo, I’ve been struggling to find a way out. I’m currently an N.A waiting to get certified because of covid and stuff but I support myself and my grandma. Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you ‘burn’ all your money, you’re perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don’t need with money they don’t have… The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying ‘big’ things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. Interesting consideration, have to consider digital land probably won’t function like physical land obviously but I see application. The issue right now is no one can foresee where this space is heading. Metaverse is an obvious choice in purchasing land as it’s backed by FB but when I bought my VR headset a lot of people didn’t want to have any association with FB like having to create an account to access their VR profile. I think if fears of future pandemics persist people will be more willing to stay home and interact on VR for shopping and social events, not to mention viewing events in other countries without the costs of flying, etc. There’s a lot of potential and opportunity to integrate with cryptocurrency when you deal with the right source like *VRI TOKEN* but there’s probably a long way until a platform exists for it.
