Why don’t you bring your pretty self to one of our hubs and work in 120 degree heat with broken water fountains. Or pass out from heat exhaustion in the back of one of our package cars. Your in the air conditioning.
They women of course they don’t sweat
It’s OK to want more better conditions but they want $60, 000 or more and didn’t go to school, not happening of course it will have a impact the people will make nothing to prove a point a big example of power I stand behind them the, question is how long, the union gets paid no matter what all they do is present the offer, but I think ups isn’t gonna budge much and the load will be put on the other delivery services
@50$f@ckn fabulous who said i hate my job. Im letting u know how it goes. We work hard we DESERVE compisation especially for working through the pandemic to get YOUR packages out mf
@50$f@ckn fabulous you want a cookie i use to get up earlier they cut hours
@PR1MET1MEPUN1SH no just making a point everyone cuts hours, fed e x, amazon, ups, you need coffee though
@50$f@ckn fabulous hate coffee i drink gfuel c4 or reign
@PR1MET1MEPUN1SH OK get a cup and another job
360000 employees. Only 40% are drivers. The rest sweat their a$$ off in a wearhouse
UPS Profits and its share holders sit on piles of money. If they trickled down a fraction of what they profited off the sweat blood and tears of its employees, not only wouldn’t they notice, but they would have happy workers and no strike.
Thank you! I work preload loading 4 package cars 1100 packages, no AC, no working ice machines, no working bathrooms (portapotty) humidity 2000%
You should quit and find better employer
AMAZON BABY ANYONE CAN DELIVER A PACKAGE
Lol get lost
Delivery completion for Amazon hovers in the low 90%. UPS is in the 96%
You really think Amazon can handle any more ? lol.
End corporate greed vote Democratic
Jimmy Carter signed deregulation into law in 1979, effectively destroying Teamster union jobs & making trucking slave labor! I’m supposed to forget that?
Presently Republicans have rewritten financial rules to let corporations get bigger and richer, giving them power to jack up prices whenever they want to make even bigger profits — leaving working people to foot the bill
Don’t forget it, just find a job outside of trucking. There are entire industries that will treat you better than UPS or the Teamsters
Yahoo did the public a disservice with painting the teamsters in a negative light.
If yahoo did their due diligence in reporting fairly they would tell you Yellow got concessions over decades from the teamsters not to mention the 700 million in covid bailout in which only 50-60m has been repaid. Yellows drivers are lowest paid in the ltl sector.
Not a single shred of interest in the reason UPS workers are striking in the first place. Nice try at smearing the workers, you propagandist clowns.
It’s not just drivers. We load the trucks.
We need RON CAREY like we did in 97… Which I believe we should have start that strike fund long time ago so we can strike more than two weeks like we did in 1997…
Yellow mismanaged themselves in bankruptcy now there blaming the teamsters for it. Shame on them.
Unions are a thing of the past. Let them strike and replace them with those willing to work. Oh, there too big, there lies the problem.
