There is an important distinction between the cases. Donald Trump was served a warrant after he refused to turn over the documents. Trump had his lawyers lie for him. Biden’s lawyers found the documents and immediately turned them over.
The Hillary Clinton email case was investigated and there was no criminal wrong doing.
