When it comes to the office market, which has been hit hard by the increase in work from home, Cunningham says the worse could still be ahead for the sector. “From everything I’m hearing from my sources… things are not going to get better until interest rates stabilize, until there is some price discovery, and, I think, until a lot of the distress actually makes its way through the system when it comes to commercial real estate,”
