Found out about the capture of Cavalcante on NBC 10 Philidelphia thought what better source than Philly local news . I hope they find a state prison that has better security . I had this fear that one night in Pembroke , Pines Florida in the room where I am staying there , he would tap on the window , and we see each other through the window . In absolute shock while calling the Pembroke Pines police I suddenly drop the phone . It is a known fact that many escaped convicts come to Florida . Finally he is captured and glad been a long time coming .
