Delta Air Lines’ (DAL) third-quarter earnings results topped estimates, but is it too soon to celebrate? George Ferguson, Bloomberg Intelligence Senior Aerospace Defense and Airlines Analyst, joins Yahoo Finance Live to weigh in on the airline operator’s figures and what that spells for the U.S. consumer’s travel demand. “”There’s a diminution in fares’ yields — they’re down 5% in the U.S. domestic — and that probably concerns us the most going forward,”” Ferguson says. “”It feels like the U.S. consumer could be running out of gas.””
