This is being seen as a form of collective punishment against the Palestinians.
It’s not a new experience for Palestinians, as they have endured a cruel blockade for 17 years, and it seems like your media outlets have not shown them much compassion. Still, you maintain that there’s no justification for the attacks on the Israeli military by Hamas. Isn’t Israel’s long-standing policy of racism and oppression towards Palestinians since 1948, including their displacement from their ancestral lands, a sufficient reason for this?
