Americans Judith Tai Raanan and her 17-year-old daughter Natalie Shoshana Raanan are the first two hostages to be released by Hamas. The release was first announced by Hamas’ military spokesman who said the two were freed for “humanitarian reasons.” NBC News’ Richard Engel reports.
