#Hurricane #Mexico #Acapulco
I pray all the Afro Latino black Mexicans are safe.
What…no one else? How racist!
@ice9594 SO, We stop worrying pray for people that don’t like us.
Well almost the entire state of Guerrero is afrolatin. President cárdenas say many years ago, in Mexico, we are all indians. !!!!.
There are no black Mexicans in Acapulco ,very few African descendants ,mainly brown and lighter skin Mexicans ,for the racist ignorants out there ,we are descendants from European and original indigenous people which turned out in beautiful people !
@BLACK GREATNESS we don’t have orcs in Mexico. Go play your race card somewhere else.
Hope you get power on soon to all first responders please stay safe…
Why does Donald Trump call you fake news?
Because he believes when it comes to news such as politics the large corporate media channels often do not tell the truth or omit it. I agree. As far as reports like this about weather, not so much.
well everything is a lie including Fox@ice9
God bless Mexico and our whole world
ACA-PUL-CO. Be respectful please.
Very sad
🌀I don’t know care about the hurricane🌀 I’m focusing on my own life🌀Hopefully, things get better soon 💝👣👣👣
Then why are you here?!
Don’t be ridiculous lady with the guy looking hair cut. It’s Acapulco, exactly how it’s spelled.
Coverage nonetheless FFS
STOP pushing Spanish on your viewers!!! We just want the freaking news!!!
You sound ridiculous. Pronounce “Acapulco”
Who is speaking spanish??
@Diana Franco The news correspondents speak Spanish when conveying their reports. The goal should be to communicate clearly to viewers. Yet, the pronunciations are so heavily Spanish that it defeats the purpose of communication.
Do you want them to change the names of people or places to words in English so that you can understand?
Let’s rename the President of Mexico to BOB SMITH?
It is respectful for the news broadcasters to say the names of people and locations in their own language as the man did here.
Also, the United States has NO official language and the speaking of any language is protected by the Constitution of the United States of America.
@Diana Franco You are changing the subject. This has nothing to do with the U.S. or the Constitution.

This has *nothing* to do with respect.
It’s *not* an anti-cultural issue. It’s pronunciations. Did you understand the words said with a Spanish accent? There are plenty of Spanish words in the English language that are used daily without a Spanish accent (e.g. Florida, Los Angeles). Indeed, “Los Angeles” sounds very different with a Spanish accent. My point revolves around communication. There’s no need to create some anti-cultural construct.
Prayers for families and victims
What an unbelievable escalation. From an anticipated tropical storm to a Cat 5 Hurricane. That must have been terrifying.
Really sad and unfortunate 😢💔🙏🙏
These hurricanes barely touched Acapulco but ,when the do the damage is huge !
Acapulco necesita comida cosas enlatadas
The interesting thing about Acapulco is ,there’s a bunch of illegal gringos living and working there .And there are many who legally own homes too ! It’s a lovely place to have fun ,really sorry for the destruction of the city !
Can’t believe there isn’t 24 7 coverage on this surprise hurricane just miles off California. Like watching your next door neighbors house be blown apart and pretending its not happening or that will never happen again
You can help by sharing this information. My great aunt is retired there. She says the place is completely destroyed.
GNP. Mexico. 32,000,000,000,000 pesos need. Venezuela people help no. Texas. Or. New York no needed beg cowboys
So many of these reports have the comments turned off… I wonder why? The deletes are playing with their toys again.
The affirmative action hire reads well. Good job. But trite.
Need power to run the water pumps at the water company there?
Just use the solar panels. They are real reliable in a hurricane.
