There is growing pressure and concern in Hollywood for the actors union SAG-AFTRA and the studios to make a deal as the strike continues past its 116th day. The union is reviewing what the studios call their “last, best and final offer.” NBC News’ Miguel Almauger has more details.

Workers worldwide have not received a raise since the 70s costs have been going up and wages have been flat when compared to inflation.
