Nvidia (NVDA) shares climbed after reports that the chipmaker plans to release three new AI chips specifically for China. This follows Nvidia announcing last month that new export restrictions may prevent it from selling its top AI chips in China. Nvidia currently dominates China’s AI chip market with over a 90% share. These alternative AI processors aim to comply with regulations.
