A Securities and Exchange Commission filing revealed BlackRock (BLK) received $100,000 from a currently unknown seed investor for a proposed spot bitcoin ETF. Many companies, including Fidelity, Invesco, Grayscale, and others are patiently waiting for SEC approval for a spot bitcoin ETF. Bitcoin (BTC-USD) is up more than 20% for the month as sentiment grows bullish for the cryptocurrency on approval hopes. When the talk starts getting this bullish, we are almost near a local top. I think 47k soon then a major correction to the low 30s. I wouldn’t buy now at the top. I bought at 16k and will sell at 47k and buy again at 32k.

@andribender9434 of course it will go to low 30s. Thats a no brainer. We never retested the major breakout level of $32k. Bitcoin always retests. Plus we are way overbought. Retest is a very good thing. It is needed in order to build structure over $32k and eventually go higher after the halving.
